• Absolutely. You can expect no changes to your HawaiianMiles account or mileage balance.
• We're excited to share that you can now earn HawaiianMiles when flying on Alaska Airlines. HawaiianMiles members who want to redeem award flights on Alaska (including awards with both Alaska and Hawaiian flights) can transfer their HawaiianMiles to Mileage Plan miles, then redeem via alaskaair.com. 
  
  HawaiianMiles members can also match or boost their status across both our loyalty programs. To link accounts, you must sign up for a Mileage Plan account.
• Later this year, HawaiianMiles and Mileage Plan will be integrated into a single loyalty program for both Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines. While the HawaiianMiles branding will phase out, the miles you've accumulated will be preserved and transferred to the new program.
• Later this year, your HawaiianMiles will be merged into your single loyalty account in the combined program. If you have an existing Mileage Plan account, we encourage you to link your accounts to ensure we move all your HawaiianMiles information into the correct account. If you don’t have a Mileage Plan account yet, create one and link it so you are all set up with an account and password so you can easily access your benefits when they are transferred over.

• We encourage you to sign up for an Alaska Mileage Plan account and link your Alaska and HawaiianMiles accounts here. We will track your elite-qualifying miles (EQMs) in both programs and award elite status in both programs, based on your combined EQM balance. Linking accounts now will also ensure the most seamless access to your miles during the transition period later this fall.
  
  You are welcome to convert your HawaiianMiles miles into Mileage Plan miles at any point this year. When the combined loyalty program is launched, any miles you haven’t converted will be moved over for you.
• If you don’t already have an Alaska Mileage Plan account, we encourage you to sign up for one at AlaskaAir.com. Once you’ve created your Mileage Plan account, we encourage you to then link your Alaska and HawaiianMiles accounts here.

• Yes. Guests currently participating in a status match or fast-track challenge are ineligible until they’ve completed the challenge requirements.
• No. Only elite-qualifying miles earned directly through Mileage Plan qualify towards milestones. Once we combine Mileage Plan and HawaiianMiles into one program, your combined elite-qualifying miles balance will count toward milestones in the combined program.
• No. Members who qualify for Mileage Plan MVP Gold 75K or MVP Gold 100K status through this promotion are not eligible for the 50,000 bonus miles or the 100K Choice Benefits.
• No. Only elite-qualifying miles earned directly through HawaiianMiles qualify towards additional Upgrade Certificates beyond Pualani Platinum status.
• Combined activity (including EQMs earned through the Hawaiian Airlines credit card) will be checked monthly.

You may book on either HawaiianAirlines.com or AlaskaAir.com. After Sept. 30, 2025, miles will accrue in Atmos Rewards.
• When booking an Alaska Airlines operated flight, enter your HawaiianMiles number on your reservation.Learn more here.You may book on either HawaiianAirlines.com or AlaskaAir.com. For travel after Sept. 30, 2025, all miles will be accrued in Atmos Rewards.
• While you cannot earn HawaiianMiles when flying with Alaska's partners, you can use your Atmos Rewards number to earn when flying on Alaska’s global partners, and can seamlessly transfer miles between your Atmos Rewards account and HawaiianMiles account at a 1:1 ratio for no charge. Make sure you have an account in both HawaiianMiles and Atmos Rewards. Miles can only be transferred between accounts owned by the same individual. Transfer now.
• Simply use the frequent flier number associated with the airline that you are flying. For example, if you are flying on Hawaiian Airlines or a HawaiianMiles partner, use your HawaiianMiles number. If you are flying on Alaska or an Alaska Global partner, use your Atmos Rewards number.

• From now through Sept. 25, 2025 you’ll continue to be able to use HawaiianMiles for Hawaiian Airlines flights. From Sept. 26–30, 2025, redeeming miles for award flights will be unavailable on HawaiianAirlines.com or via the HawaiianMiles Service Center. If you need to book an award ticket during this time, please do the following prior to September 26:
  1. Create an Atmos Rewards account for free, here.
  2. Transfer your miles from your HawaiianMiles account to your Atmos Rewards account
  3. You may then redeem points from your Atmos Rewards account for a Hawaiian Airlines award flight on AlaskaAir.com.
  On October 1, your HawaiianMiles will be automatically be converted into Atmos Rewards at a 1:1 ratio. This means that for every HawaiianMiles mile you have, you'll receive an equivalent number of points in Atmos Rewards. You will then be able to redeem those points to book flights on both Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines, as well as on partner airlines.
• You may continue to redeem miles for First Class/Business Class upgrades on Hawaiian Airlines operated flights through Sept. 25. Upgrades with points (miles) will be temporarily unavailable in Atmos Rewards. Later in 2026 we’ll introduce a new way to redeem points for upgrades. However you may still redeem points for a First Class ticket or pay for an upgrade.  And if you are a status holder, you’ll be eligible for complimentary First Class upgrades based on availability on all Alaska flights beginning October 1, and for complimentary upgrades on Hawaiian flights beginning in the spring.
• Prior to the combination of the programs, you can transfer your miles to Atmos Rewards points to book flights on AlaskaAir.com for Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines flights, as well as on partner airlines within the Atmos Rewards network. This expansion provides more options for redeeming your miles.

• Your Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® will continue to be valid, and we look forward to expanding more benefits across both airlines. We have already expanded the utility of some of your benefits and now you earn 3 miles per $1 when you use your card on Alaska Airlines purchases, and Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® primary card holders will receive two free checked bags when using their card to book Alaska Airlines-operated flights.*
  
  Companion award benefits will be available for use on either Hawaiian- or Alaska- operated flights beginning later this fall.
• No, your Hawaiian Airlines credit card will continue to function as it does today. There are no changes to the Hawaiian Airlines credit card program or your cardmember benefits, except that after Sept. 30, 2025, points (formerly miles) earned on the card will go to your Atmos Rewards account rather than to HawaiianMiles.
• Your current Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® discount codes are valid for use on HawaiianAirlines.com through September 25.
  
  Beginning September 26, HawaiianMiles account login will be unavailable, and your discount code will be unusable on HawaiianAirlines.com. If you plan to use your discount code online, please do so prior to September 26. From Sept. 26 – 30, you may contact Reservations for assistance to redeem your discount code over the phone at 1-800-367-5320.

• Elite members in either program can now link accounts to have their status matched or awarded across both HawaiianMiles and Atmos Rewards. Match now.
  
  When you status match, you will receive the equivalent Atmos Rewards status. • Pualani Elite status is not recognized on Alaska flights. If traveling on Alaska or an Alaska global partner, we encourage you to sign-up for an Atmos Rewards account and link your Alaska and HawaiianMiles accounts here. We’ll match your status and track your elite-qualifying miles (EQMs) in both programs. You should use your Atmos Rewards number to receive elite recognition.
• Yes, your EQMs from Hawaiian Airlines will count toward your Atmos Rewards status. This means that your combined EQMs from both airlines will be considered when determining your elite status level. Link your account.
• Your HawaiianMiles status will transition to the equivalent status level in Atmos™ Rewards.

• Pualani Elite members will become status members in Atmos Rewards. As a status member, you’ll continue to receive many of the benefits you’ve historically enjoyed as a Pualani Elite member, including bonus miles on travel, free bags, priority boarding and security, access to preferred seating, complimentary upgrades to Extra Comfort seating and more. You’ll also be eligible for exciting new benefits like complimentary access to Premium Class seats on Alaska Airlines and American Airlines, complimentary First Class upgrades upon availability, and the ability to choose from a menu of perks when your reach milestones en route to and in between each status tier. • You will continue to earn elite status based on your accumulated elite qualifying miles (called status points in Atmos Rewards) within the calendar year.  Your HawaiianMiles status will be matched to the equivalent status in Atmos Rewards, and if your combined elite qualifying miles/status points in HawaiianMiles and Atmos Rewards qualify you for a higher status, you’ll receive that higher status.  See full details on status match here. 
  
  You don’t have to wait to start enjoying the benefits of status based on combined elite qualifying miles.  Link your accounts to receive an instant status match to Atmos Rewards.
  
  Although Atmos Rewards doesn’t currently award status based on segments flown, HawaiianMiles members as of Jan. 1, 2025 will continue to be able to qualify for status based on the total segments flown on Hawaiian operated flights in 2025, even if their elite qualifying miles don’t meet the minimum criteria for status.  Eligible members will receive Atmos Silver status with 30 segments flown in calendar year 2025, or Atmos Gold status with 60 segments flown in calendar year 2025.   
• HawaiianMiles Pualani Elites and Premier Club members will continue to have access to Premier Clubs when traveling on Hawaiian Airlines through September 30, 2025. 
  
  Beginning October 1, 2025, Premier Club access will be reserved for those traveling on Hawaiian or Alaska operated flights and are: 
  • Huaka‘i members with status 
  • Huaka‘i members traveling on a First Class ticket 
• Pualani Platinum members continue to have access to The Plumeria Lounge when traveling on an international main cabin ticket. Beginning October 1, Atmos Gold, Platinum, and Titanium status holders (plus a guest) will have access to The Plumeria Lounge when ticketed on a departing international flight.
• International partner lounge access will remain unchanged until further notice.
  
  Beginning October 1, Atmos Gold, Platinum, and Titanium status holders (plus a guest) will have access to international partner lounges when flying on Hawaiian Airlines.
• From now through September 30, Platinum upgrade certificates will remain unchanged and may be redeemed for complimentary upgrades to First or Business Class. Learn more here.
  
  On October 1, available Platinum upgrade certificates will be converted into upgrade certificates within Atmos Rewards at a 1:1 ratio. They will be available for use on both Hawaiian and Alaska operated flights. More information will be shared on how to redeem on either carrier.  
  
  Converted upgrade certificates will retain their current expiration date. Former 2025 Platinum upgrade certificates will expire February 28, 2026 while former 2026 Platinum upgrade certificates will expire February 28, 2027.

• Huaka‘i by Hawaiian is our new benefits program, created exclusively for Hawaii residents. Huaka‘i refers to a journey with purpose, and offers exclusive travel benefits, including one free checked bag and quarterly fare discounts on Neighbor Island flights, as well as access to monthly network-wide fare deals. Membership is free – learn more and register now. From Sept. 26,–30, 2025, Huaka‘i by Hawaiian enrollment will be temporarily unavailable.
• Through September 30, you must have your HawaiianMiles number on your reservation in order to receive the Huaka‘i free checked bag benefit. Your Atmos Rewards number will not qualify you for the Huaka‘i benefit.
  
  On Oct. 1, when HawaiianMiles transitions to Atmos Rewards, your Atmos Rewards number will qualify you for your Huaka‘i free checked bag benefit.
• Your current Huaka‘i discount codes are valid for use on HawaiianAirlines.com through September 25.
  
  Beginning September 26, HawaiianMiles account login will be unavailable, and your discount code will be unusable on HawaiianAirlines.com. If you plan to use your discount code online, please do so prior to September 26. • In the Atmos Rewards, you’ll become immediately eligible for all the generous benefits and features that Atmos Rewards was known for, including access to milestone rewards, the ability to earn elite-qualifying miles across a wide range of activities, and the ability to earn and redeem across more than 30 oneworld and global partner airline flights.Learn more about all that Atmos Rewards has to offer.
• HawaiianMiles will be converted to Atmos Rewards points at a 1:1 ratio. This means that for every HawaiianMiles you have, you'll receive an equivalent number of Atmos Rewards points. You are welcome to convert your HawaiianMiles miles into Atmos Rewards points from now through Sept. 25. Any miles you haven’t converted when HawaiianMiles is combined will be moved over for you. If you already have an Atmos Rewards account, be sure to link your accounts to ensure the most seamless access to your miles during the transition period. If you do not have an Atmos Rewards account, you do not need to create one, as one will be created for you and your miles and status will transfer automatically on Oct. 1.
  
  Atmos Rewards points do not expire.
• Yes, Huaka'i by Hawaiian will continue once the programs are combined on October 1. It is our new benefits program, created exclusively for Hawaii residents. It is free to sign up for Huaka’i by Hawaiian, which comes with exclusive travel benefits, including one free checked bag and quarterly fare discounts on Neighbor Island flights, as well as access to monthly network-wide fare deals.  Learn more and register now. • When the loyalty programs are combined on October 1, the HawaiianMiles member discount on checked baggage will no longer be available.
